Each unit is developed separately. Each is an efficient and efective solution to different problems. The elements that compose and integrate subsequently have been perfecting them until 2010. Preparing a list of general requirements.
For each component: Studying, researching and sizing every detail: Building components, connections between modules and between building elements, structural elements, different types of flooring, safety features, architectural elements, screws, anchors systems, etc.

Chapters: wood - aluminium, steel - materials without environmental impact - environmentally friendly materials. Composites and new radical materials, etc.
To be self-supplied: water treatment systems, wastewater collection systems, renewable energy systems, energy efficiency systems, etc.. A Manual Over 600 pages with each material that composes and regulations and specificities of each of them.
